The fog is lifting.

Mercury has been retrograde since June 29 in Cancer... inviting us to go inward, slow down, revisit, feel more deeply. 

It has been an intense 3 weeks, which might have felt much longer than 3 weeks.

Communication got murky. 

Thinking felt cloudy. Clarity seemed just out of reach.

That is ending now. Phew. :)

As Mercury prepares to move direct, cleanse your crown of all that accumulated during the retrograde... so clarity can flow in freely and your connection with your guides and Teams can open.

Use today's Cup to clean your crown chakra, align your crystalline structures to your spark, and step into the clarity.

• Invite your higher self, body deva, and teams to reference your crown chakra at the top of the head.
• Using the tones and light, gently spin your crown chakra in a counterclockwise direction... cleaning your crown, all the crystalline structures within and around it.
• Align all those crystalline structures within and around your crown to your spark in the heart of Source.
• Allow the flow from your spark down into your loop of light.

• Balance and harmonize the colors and energy streaming into the crown from your spark.
