Some part of you might not be ALL here.

You might still be lingering in... last week's conversation.

In a place you traveled to and never fully came home from.

In a future that hasn't happened yet.

In the past, you keep going back to.

Your energy, your vitality, your focus, your boundaries... scattered across timelines, places, and spaces you may not even be aware of.

Today, call it all back to you.

• Reference all of the energy you are holding externally... on the past, the future, other timelines, places, and spaces in this world and perhaps other worlds.
• Invite that wise, energetic aspect of you, far beyond the mind, to gather and relay appropriate vibrational information from all of those points in time and space.
• When it feels complete, spin your fields in a clockwise direction... retrieving all of your energy out of the past, the future, other places and spaces.
• Gather all of your resources, your support, your protection, your boundaries, your vitality, your focus back to you in this breath of now.
• Clean it, recalibrate it, reweave it, re-embed it back into your divine line and divine cosmic loop.
• Recalibrate your shields and your boundaries for this present breath of now.

Hold all of your energy and awareness in this present breath of now.
