• Place your hand upon your heart, your heart chakra. Breathe into that space. Let warmth come into that heart space.
• Invite that energetic aspect of you, your intent, your imagination... to imagine that your heart has ears.
• Invite that energetic aspect of you to bring your awareness out of your head ears and into your heart ears.
• Sit in that heart space. Imagine listening from your heart ears. There is a curiosity, a softness, a gentleness, a warmth, a graciousness.
• Notice that when you are in the presence of people, and you listen with your heart ears, they feel a thousand times safer... and they begin to share stories, reflections, insights, things they have not felt safe to share until you created that space of listening.
• As you move through the day, hold the gentle inner mantra: I'm listening in every moment, in every breath, through my heart ears.
• Listen with your heart ears to the birdsong, to the wind and the trees, to the river, to the friends, to the children, to the elders, to the young ones, to Gaia.
• Sit in that energy for as long as you desire, with the heart ears open, curious, calm.

Listen with your heart ears and create a space of safety and calm.
