Use your breath to pull yourself into an inner river of calm.

How does it feel?

  • Take a few deep breaths and relax your body.
  • Use your inhale to pull yourself into an inner river of calm.
  • Use your exhale to anchor yourself into an inner river of calm.
  • While you use your breath, silently chant, pull into calm, ground into calm.
  • Inhale - Pull into calm. Exhale - Ground into calm.
  • Hold your awareness in an inner river of calm.
  • Hold space for a reset in the calm.
  • Cleanse and stabilize your fields.
  • Be anchored in your current of calm.

Use your breath to pull and ground yourself into a current of calm.
