Love these, and feel a deep need for this reset. I was sitting in the backyard reading to my son yesterday afternoon and kept feeling a pull out of the moment to the next thing. I longed for time to stand still and to just bask in presence. This will help me practice, and also gives me context for what I feel in those moments. Thank you!
